Consultation around ‘A Connected Scotland’, the Scottish Government’s draft strategy to tackle loneliness and social isolation.
We are running a consultation event in Dundee on April 12th , and we still have a few tickets available. The event will consist of a short presentation setting out the background to this consultation and the main points covered in the strategy, followed by a group discussion about the draft strategy, local concerns around social isolation and loneliness and what the government’s priorities should be. We welcome members of the public, local organisations and service users from the area. We are very interested in hearing what communities up and down Scotland think about this issue and we have organised a number of events in different parts of the country.
