Funding: Corra Foundation – #ShiftthePower Scotland Comic Relief Programme

Corra Foundation is delighted to announce #ShiftthePower Scotland Comic Relief Programme. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for community led groups to make a difference by focusing on four areas:

Children Survive & Thrive
Early years development for children facing disadvantage.

Gender Justice
Contributing to gender equality by reducing violence and discrimination based on gender and sexuality.

A Safe Place to Be
Supporting people who have experienced homelessness or have been forced from their homes in order to live safely.

Mental Health Matters
Improving mental health provision and tackling stigma around mental health.

We are excited to be heading out to meet with people and hear directly about their potential ideas.  There will be four sessions across Scotland in August and September and as well as listening to community groups we will also offer a advice and bit more detail on the process.

The programme is open to community led organisations and charities with an income of £250,000 or less.  We would love it if you could help us in spreading the word amongst your networks by;

  1. Encourage groups to come to one of the information sessions, more information here.
  2. Sharing our promotional pack that includes messages and images for you to use on social media or to highlight to groups you meet in your local community.

Thank you for the help, together we can make a lasting change.
