Networking – Noun: a supportive system of sharing information and services among individuals and groups having a common interest.
Do you work for a Third Sector organisation operating in the Northeast of Dundee?
Would you like the opportunity to meet other workers and volunteers in the sector, network and explore opportunities for collaboration?
Would you like the opportunity to explore and understand more about the Northeast Community Plan and how it will impact you and your organisation and how you can influence its development?
If the answer is ‘Yes’ to any of these questions then please join us to hear from a number of speakers activities and work in the North East of the City and to participate in a number of themed discussions.
The networking match up event will be 8.45am-11.15am on Tuesday 24th April at The Community Services Complex, 101 Whitfield Drive.
This event will focus on the newly established Northeast Third Sector Network. At its initial meeting it was agreed that the network would elect its own representation on the Northeast LCPP, discuss and agree 3rd sector input to local and city-wide priorities and to connect the local to the City. The agendas for the Northeast LCPP are themed and it was agreed that the representation would be selected based on the best fit to the organisations involved in the network.
