Call for Oral Evidence- Independent Inquiry into Mental Health Services in Tayside
Following the call for written evidence on 5th September there have been over 50 submissions of written documentation. The written submission deadline is 19th October, so please ensure all written evidence has been given to the Inquiry team before that date.
The call for oral evidence is specifically for anyone who has not felt able to submit their evidence in writing. Oral Evidence can be given to the Inquiry team by arranging to meet with David Strang (Chair of the Inquiry) and Denise Jackson (Secretary to the Inquiry). As before any evidence, good or bad and relevant to the Inquiry will be welcome.
Those wishing to give oral evidence should contact the inquiry office directly to make an appointment. Appointments will be available from 1st October until mid-December. Individuals making appointments are welcome to bring someone to support them as they give their evidence, if they wish. There will also be an independent support service available to all those who attend appointments to give evidence.
