Elder Abuse Scotland’s National Conference-3rd September 2018

Action on Elder Abuse Scotland’s national conference (in association with SACRO) will take place on 3rd September in Glasgow.

This year’s theme focuses on the reasons why people abuse vulnerable older people, access to justice, and a preventative approach to adult support and protection.

We have an engaging range of speakers, including Jeane Freeman MSP (Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport), Lynn Harrison (discussing her elderly aunt’s experience of elder abuse, and her fight for justice), Disclosure Scotland, and Professor Alan Clarke from the Dewis Choice project in Wales (Building Justice Options with Older People).

At only £42 per delegate in an amazing venue (Hilton Hotel, Glasgow), and invaluable opportunities for CPD and networking.

To book a place, :

We also still have a couple of exhibition spaces left (prices starting from as little as £127.50) or there are other exhibition opportunities.  For example, to have flyers available within the exhibition area, prices start from as little as £15)
