Penumbra- Support Worker

Job description

Support Workers work in small collaborative teams to provide people with recovery focused support to enhance their mental wellbeing. In line with Penumbra’s values, Support Workers assist people who use the service to work towards their individual outcomes and identified goals, as detailed in their personal plan.Dundee Carer’s Support Service offers both practical and emotional support for those who care for/support a family member or friend experiencing a mental health challenge. Support focuses on areas important to the individual and can be offered on a face to face or telephone basis. Wellbeing workshops and social groups also run. The person being cared for must be aged 16-65 and Carers accessing support will be aged 16+. Either the Carer or cared for person must reside in Dundee.
