Peer Recovery Development Worker
Grade 3 £21,330 – 23,700
F/T 35 hours per week (permanent)

As a key resource for the successful Making Recovery Real in Dundee partnership, you will promote and build capacity for peer recovery practice in mental health and wellbeing. This role involves developing and supporting Dundee Peer Recovery Network and collaborating with partners and peers to develop and deliver training. You will encourage and facilitate the sustainable growth of informal, volunteering, and paid peer recovery roles in mental health organisations and in communities across Dundee.

Good Governance Programmes Officer
Temporary 1 year (initially)
Grade 4 (£25,470-£28,300) pro-rata (based on FTE of 35 hours)
You will be highly motivated with a passion for charity governance and supporting organisational development in the third sector. Working primarily with smaller charities undertaking our foundation governance programme, you will support the recruitment, programme participation, and assessment of charities across Scotland. You will provide participants with advice and guidance to improve their governance and organisational management, through online feedback as well as by telephone and in person. You will also help promote the governance programmes and maintain resources for participants.
The post holder should be educated to degree level or relevant qualification or have 5 year’s minimum proven experience of working in third sector organisational development, particularly in supporting charity governance.

As part of our team, you will expected to be able to inspire and motivate others using co-planning approaches. You will be an excellent communicator, a strong networker, a team player and have a proven track record in managing projects.
