Amina MWRC is a national organisation which works with Muslim women by giving them opportunities to have their voices heard, to improve their skills and to become more confident in participating in their own communities and at a wider level.


Employability Project Coordinator (Glasgow or Dundee)

35 hours per week
Salary: £28,129 per annum pro rata (37hrs FTE)
Initially until March 2019 (likely be extended subject to further funding)

 The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for developing and overseeing the ‘Inspiring Aspirations’ project.  She will line manage, support and supervise staff; take a lead role in co-ordinating and developing employability initiatives and collaborations between partners – with a view to impacting upon the ‘Inclusion through Employability’ project’s objectives.

 

Employability Project Officer (Edinburgh)

16 hours per week
Salary: £24,657 per annum pro rata (37hrs FTE)
Initially until March 2019 (likely be extended subject to further funding)

The Employability Project Officer will engage with, empower and support Muslim and Minority Ethnic women of all backgrounds, skills and abilities via provision of our employability support service.  The post holder will respond to the needs and aspirations of local women both on a one to one, personalised basis and through the facilitation of small groups; undertake outreach activities, marketing learning opportunities and in the coordination, design and delivery of employability workshops and events.

 

Administration Officer (Glasgow)

16 hours per week
Salary: £17,548 per annum pro rata (37hrs FTE)
Initially until March 2019 (likely be extended subject to further funding)

The Administration Officer will undertake the full range of administrative duties including: reception duties; filing; utilising a full range of IT applications and other duties as required.
